We are currently recruiting for an Executive PA on a Fixed-Term maternity cover contract. This role will be responsible for supporting the business with the management of the Radley Head Office, reception staff, store facilities and provide executive assistant support to Directors.
You will support Radley Directors and Board Member with organising board meetings, administrate expenses for CEO and Chairman along with company-wise business accounts and support the Finance Director and CFO on company secretarial duties as and when required. You will all be required to project lead all company-wide social events and company days, identify Health and Safety concerns throughout Head Office, manage all office facilities and manage office budget.
The ideal candidate will be proactive with excellent organizational ability and able to deal with multiple request and ad hoc duties at any given time. You will have an excellent phone manner and written communication skills, high attention to detail and flexible in approach.
We are currently recruiting for a Web Content Administrator on a Fixed-Term maternity cover contract. This role will be responsible for the administration of loading product, content, and the visual merchandising of all ecommerce websites. .
You will support Provide administrative support for the launch of all products and content online. Co-ordinate and administrate the product content critical path. Prepare the datasheets and upload all content and images across all sites, accurately and on time. Liaise with all stakeholders responsible for delivering content assets including product details, samples, copy, images and translations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in retail within an ecommerce/merchandising role and a passion for online customer shopping behaviour. Experience working with an ecommerce content management system and basic knowledge of html and knowledge of magento an advantage. We are currently recruiting for a Trading & Content Manager. This role will be responsible for optimising trading revenue and conversion across all Ecommerce websites, through all devices. Responsible for managing the overall presentation of the website including product content and brand presentation on all ecommerce websites and across all devices.
You will Manage daily trading and conversion of traffic on the sites and app: optimise the user experience and path to conversion of all sites and apps, across devices (including Mobile & Tablets) and browsers. Use website analytics, trading data and industry insight to report on trade, recommend and implement optimisation strategies which will improve ecommerce conversion rates, improve user experience, stock productivity and drive the development roadmap of all ecommerce sites. Manage the Web Content Administrator to ensure that product and site content is displayed accurately, in line with brand and visual merchandising guidelines and according to deadlines. Manage the content sign off process to ensure that all site content is brand approved, accurate and delivers the optimal user experience to maximise conversion.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years+ experience in retail eCommerce within a content/trading management role, Good working knowledge of eCommerce content management systems and basic html. Magento experience preferred. (There is an in-house developer for complex code). A solid understanding of website usability. Able to brief, evaluate and critique creative content for web, and provide advice.

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Senior Multi Skilled Operative to support the intake and despatch of Radley and Co products in our Warehouse in Milton Keynes. This role is vital in ensuring we deliver a high quality service to our customers and you will ensure you are consistently performing to a high standard to achieve set targets and KPI's. At times you will be required to supervise the team so that all duties and tasks are carried out to a good standard.
Reporting to the Multi Skilled Supervisor, you will play a key part in working through the Returns and Rework processes however being multi skilled you may be required to support other areas of the warehouse including goods inwards, outwards and our web area. You will be expected to ensure you and your team members are maintaining high standards of housekeeping at all times, comply with health and safety regulations and actively build and maintain strong working relationships with your colleagues and management team.
The successful candidate must have solid experience working in a warehouse, a reasonable level of fitness to competently carry out manual handling duties, a strong and hardworking team player, experience as team leader is advantageous. All candidates must have a genuine willingness to learn with good numeracy and communication skills.
