HEAD OFFICE VACANCIES

  • Merchandising: Allocator

    This role will focus on our full price stores and undertakes a key function in our B&M process, analyzing sales data and ensuring that stock is in the right place to maximise sales. You will control the stock from its arrival in the warehouse through to its performance in store, making sure that each location has the correct amount of stock to ensure demand. If you have intermediate to advanced IT skills (especially Excel), enjoy analysing data and problem solving...then this role could be for you! A degree in Merchandising is preferred but not essential.

  • Marketing: Visual Merchandising Executive

    This is a very exciting opportunity which comes with the responsibility of supporting the creation and implementation of the visual merchandising strategy across all Radley point of sale both nationally and internationally. Reporting into our Visual Merchandising Manager the role is part of Creative Services which forms part of our fabulous highly creative Marketing team. The role is based at our Head Office in Angel, London but regular store visits within the UK is required. The successful candidate will have good visual merchandising experience ideally acquired at Head Office level however we will also consider candidates with in store or regional VM experience provided they have Creative Suite Skills.

  • Marketing: PR Assistant

    We are recruiting for a PR Assistant to join our Radley Marketing Team! This is a great opportunity to join a growing, creative and collaborative in-house Marketing team. The PR Assistant will play a key role in further building brand awareness and advocates within the UK media and influencers, producing press alerts and releases, implementing and updating the PR calendar, event coordination, producing reports, internal shoot coordination, supporting the PR Officer and various International partner requirements, and lots more! The role reports into our Head of PR and is based at our Head Office in Angel, London. The successful candidate will have solid experience within a fashion/retail PR department (agency or in-house). This role could be ideal for you if you are looking for your next role within a premium, market leading brand to strengthen your career.

  • Marketing: Social Media Manager

    We are recruiting for Social Media Manager! Social Media is becoming increasingly prevalent within our world and we want to become category leaders in this field. This is a brand new exciting role which forms part of our Marketing team. The successful candidate will have accountability for supporting the development and implementation of the Radley and Co Social Media Strategy. Reporting directly into our Marketing Director the well experienced Social Media Manager will be expected to use their expertise to take the Radley brand on an evolutionary Social Media journey.

  • Sales: International Sales and Travel Administrator

    We are recruiting an International Sales and Travel Administrator to join the Radley Team! A great opportunity to join a talented and dynamic International Sales Team. The roles play a key part in ensuring we are providing customer focused support to our international and travel business. The international growth for our brand in the last year has been phenomenal and we continue to work towards more international growth in Asia, Europe and the USA. The successful candidate will be keen to learn with a meticulous eye for detail.

  • Production: Production Assistant

    The role supports the Production Team in liaising with off shore suppliers, raising purchase orders and tracking production to ensure timely delivery of our products and work with the Production Manager to manage special buys. Candidates must come from an administrator role where they have gained sound experience within a retail production environment.

WAREHOUSE VACANCIES

Radley + Co Temporary Warehouse Opportunities Brinklow, Milton Keynes. We are currently recruiting for temporary Warehouse Operatives and Rework Assistants to join our team and support us during our peak periods. Candidates must be available to start from the end of June. The duration of the fixed term contracts will be from three to six months. Shifts will include days, nights, weekends and bank holidays, therefore full flexibility is required. Our warehouse operation is fundamental to our brand success and high quality service we provide to our customers. If you are passionate, hardworking and looking for a great opportunity, please submit your CV to subject Warehouse MK. Previous warehouse experience with VNA and Counterbalance is advantageous. All candidates will be required to complete a Warehouse Aptitude assessment which will assess literacy and numeracy capability.
