  • Sales: International Sales and Travel Administrator

    We are recruiting an International Sales and Travel Administrator to join the Radley Team! A great opportunity to join a talented and dynamic International Sales Team. The roles play a key part in ensuring we are providing customer focused support to our international and travel business. The international growth for our brand in the last year has been phenomenal and we continue to work towards more international growth in Asia, Europe and the USA. The successful candidate will be keen to learn with a meticulous eye for detail.

  • Wholesale: Regional Account Manager: Midlands

    A fantastic opportunity to join a strong and dynamic Sales team as a Regional Account Manager. This role has responsibility of devising and implementing effective account management strategies to grow the designated region wholesale account base including the Fenwick Group and leading independents. The successful candidate will drive their business through regular planned appointments, partnering with the retailer to hold in store events and conducting in store Radley brand training. Proven track record of regional account management at a senior level is essential.

  • Sales: Regional Sales Executive

    We are currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Executive within our Wholesale team. Being part of a strong and dynamic sales team you will have regular customer interaction and customer account management for our independent retailers.

  • Marketing: Channel Marketing Executive

    A great opportunity has arisen at Radley for an experienced Marketing professional currently working at Assistant or Executive level looking for their next challenge. We are recruiting for a Channel Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will have responsibility of delivering brand campaigns and marketing initiatives through Wholesale and Travel Retail channels. With Channel Marketing, Creative Services, PR and Social Media all part of our Marketing team this role presents ample opportunity to take part in projects with exposure in delivering fantastic marketing initiatives for the wider business.   • Ecommerce: CRM Executive

    We are recruiting for a CRM Executive to join our Ecommerce team at Radley! This role has responsibility for improving customer retention and driving revenue through building the communication plan for all customers and prospects via Email, Direct Mail, Mobile communications and any other relevant means. You will work collaboratively with Marketing and Merchandising to build the CRM database across retail and drive multi-channel value. Candidates must have experience in working on CRM campaigns, e-mail marketing and an understanding of print CRM/ direct mail.

  • Merchandising: Merchandiser

    We are recruiting for a Merchandiser to join the Radley Merchandising team and support our full price business. The role reports into our Merchandising Manager and has the responsibility for working with various channels including Retail, Ecommerce and Marketing to achieve sales and profit margins. You will also have responsibility for managing and developing an Allocator. The successful candidate must have proven experience of merchandise planning, trading and distribution gained within a Retail environment with strong communication skills to competently interact with managers across all levels. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills and advanced knowledge of Excel are essential. Experience in Ecommerce preferable.

  • Merchandising: Merchandiser (Maternity Cover)

    We are recruiting for a Merchandiser to join the Radley Merchandising team for up to 9 months to cover maternity leave. The role supports our International business and reports to the Buying and Merchandising Director. It has the responsibility for working with various channels including International Sales, Ecommerce and Marketing to achieve sales and profit margins. You will also have responsibility for managing an Assistant Merchandiser. Advanced IT Skills, strong experience in merchandise planning are key attributes required. Experience in supporting International retail would is an advantage.

  • Merchandising: Merchandising Manager (Maternity Cover)

    We are recruiting for a Merchandising Manager to join the Radley Merchandising team for up to 9 months to cover maternity leave. The role will support the Buying and Merchandising Director in driving the positive performance of all Radley brands within the retail arena through sales, margin and stock metrics and ensure the ranges are constructed to deliver a bespoke solution to each channel’s needs. Proven experience at Merchandising Manager level within fashion retail is essential and candidates must be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills and effective communication and influencing skills. You will oversee a large merchandising team so personal qualities to effectively lead, motivate and build relationships with others is imperative. You will also have excellent knowledge of the luxury retail brand market and it's competitors.

  • Merchandising: Merchandising Administration Assistant

    We are recruiting for a Merchandising Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to the merchandising team across our full price, off price and international business. The role responsibilities include updating internal systems, some stock allocation to international concessions and web, stock movements and managing product samples. This is a great first role for someone that is looking to start their career in merchandising following study in fashion buying and merchandising. Candidates must be comfortable with providing admin support at a junior level and taking responsibility for competently managing their workload. Strong analytical and effective communication skills are essential.

WAREHOUSE VACANCIES

Radley + Co Temporary Warehouse Opportunities Brinklow, Milton Keynes. We are currently recruiting for temporary Warehouse Operatives and Rework Assistants to join our team and support us during our peak periods. Candidates must be available to start from the end of June. The duration of the fixed term contracts will be from three to six months. Shifts will include days, nights, weekends and bank holidays, therefore full flexibility is required. Our warehouse operation is fundamental to our brand success and high quality service we provide to our customers. If you are passionate, hardworking and looking for a great opportunity, please submit your CV to subject Warehouse MK. Previous warehouse experience with VNA and Counterbalance is advantageous. All candidates will be required to complete a Warehouse Aptitude assessment which will assess literacy and numeracy capability.
